Dualex植物多酚-叶绿素仪:不同灌溉制度下根际细菌和藻类对金盏草生理生化指标的影响

摘要
干旱是影响植物生长和生产力的主要限制因素之一。干旱胁迫通过一系列解剖、形态、生理和生化变化以不同方式影响植物生长。因此,开发替代方法来保护植物免受干旱胁迫非常重要。土耳其拥有包括金盏花在内的各种药用和芳香植物最独特的种植区之一。尽管其作为药用植物具有相当的重要性和用途,但其商业生产非常有限。本研究在正常灌溉(K1)、50%灌溉(K2)和25%灌溉(K3)条件下,研究了不同根际细菌和藻类处理(B0-对照、B1-脂质偶氮螺菌、B2-巨芽孢杆菌、B3-嗜糖小球藻)对药用植物几种生理生化参数的影响。结果表明,施用不同种类的根瘤菌和藻类对缓解有限的灌溉胁迫具有积极作用。此外,不同生理生化参数的范围数值,包括叶片相对含水量(RWC)、叶片组织离子渗漏量(ILLT),膜耐受指数(MEI)、叶绿素含量、氮平衡指数、丙二醛(MDA)、总抗氧化活性、总酚含量和总黄酮含量分别为61.8-77.2%、29.2-42.8%、57.2-68.9%、26.8-38.2µg cm-2、110.6-158.0 mg g-1、0.276-573.0 nmol g-1、19.92-55.92 Mmol TE g-1、27.37-68.75 mg GAE g-1和9.49-分别为17.88 mg QE 100 g-1。结果表明,在土耳其干旱和半干旱地区,铁皮石斛可以作为一种抗旱植物进行商业栽培

Effects of rhizobacteria and algal species on physiological and biochemical parameters in Calendula officinalis L. under different irrigation regimes
Abstract
Drought is one of the main limiting factors affecting the growth and productivity of plants.
Drought stress affects plant growth in different ways through a series of anatomical, morphological, physiological and biochemical changes. Therefore, it is important to develop alternative methods to protect plants against drought stress. Turkey has one the most unique cultivated areas of different medicinal and aromatic plants including Calendula officinalis. Despite its considerable importance and use as a medicinal plant, its commercial production is very limited. In this study, the effects of different rhizobacteria and algal species treatments (B0 –control, B1 –Azospirillum lipoferum, B2 –Bacillus megaterium, B3 –Chlorella saccharophila) on several physiological and biochemical parameters in C. officinalis were studied under irrigation regimes –normal irrigation (K1 ), 50% irrigation (K2 ) and 25% irrigation (K3 ). The results showed that the application of different rhizobacterial and algal species had positive effects by reducing the limited irrigation stress. membrane endurance index (MEI), chlorophyll content, nitrogen balance index, MDA, total antioxidant activity, total phenolic content and total amount of flavonoids were determined as 61.8-77.2%, 29.2-42.8%, 57.2-68.9%, 26.8-38.2 µg cm-2, 110.6-158.0 mg g-1, 0.276-573.0 nmol g-1, 19.92-55.92 Mmol TE g-1, 27.37-68.75 mg GAE g-1and 9.49
-17.88 mg QE 100 g-1, respectively. The results revealed that C. officinalis could be commercially cultivated as a drought-resistant plant species in arid and semi-arid regions of Turkey.
