最近Plants期刊题为Phytosanitary Interventions for Safe Global Germplasm Exchange and the Prevention of Transboundary Pest Spread: The Role of CGIAR Germplasm Health Units的一篇Review提及了多光谱成像技术在无损检测害虫上的应用。

GHUs have identifified a need to intensify efforts towards developing nucleic acid based detection protocols for several pests that are diffificult to detect through routinely used conventional tests, such as the blotter technique. Efforts are also required to standardize protocols for non-invasive techniques for detecting seed-borne pests (e.g, Videometer spectral imaging for detecting fungal pathogens and soft X-ray analysis to detect hidden seed infestation by pests) [75]. Similarly, new and safe solutions for crop protection and seed treatments are needed, as some fungicides and insecticide treatments are banned or restricted for use on specifific crops in some countries. Due to the high volume of samples processed annually, the adoption of mobile digital data collection devices is necessary to facilitate the processing of materials, which would notably improve the traceability of the process and real-time data collection and analyses.
